SIA Parkhaus uzsākusi dzīvojamo namu kompleka pirmā posma — divu 22 stāvu dzīvokļu namu ar 150 – 150 dzīvokļiem būvniecību Rīga, Imantā. Pirmā posma izmaksas ir 10 miljoni eiro, un tā realizācijai ņemts kredīts Rietumu bankā.
Projekta autors ir arhitektu birojs Sīlis, Zābers un Kļava. Būvdarbus veiks SIA Uzņemējs, kas piedalījās arī biroju ekas Saules akmens tapšanā. Abu ēku būvniecību iecerēts pabeigt līdz 2005. gada rudenī.
Vienas ēkas kopējā platība ir 17 tūkstoši kvadrātmetru; dzīvokļa platība ir sākot no 47 m2, bet cena — sākot no 690 eiro/m2.
SIA Parkhaus dibinātāji ir Latvijas uzņēmēji Aleksandrs Danegiršs un Vjačeslavs Holmins, kā arī Kaimānu salās reģistrētā Dekra International Limited, kas faktiski ir pazīstama Maskavas nekustamā īpašuma attīstības kompānija.
